Pitcapital™

iSIA: two types:
(a)  IFSA through investment banks approach- white labelling or
(b)  via diversified accounts.

The SIA, aka iSIA-diversified is designed to enable participating financial institutions of Pitcapital™ to take deposits from institutional investors that are interested to Pitcapital™ their investments. The features of the Secured Investment Account are as follows:-
(a)  Non-Commingled Cash Account - For institutional and qualified investors to park their funds e.g. secondary reserves and sinking funds to tap into exclusive investment opportunities;
(b)  Based Yield with Upside - The opportunity to earn based yield without being forced to lock valuable money away. The based yield will be the prevailing yield offered by the participating financial institutions of Pitcapital™ or a mutually agreed yield between the participating financial institutions of Pitcapital™ and the institutional investor;
(c)  Standing Instruction/Investment Policy Statement (IPS) - This is duly executed or provided by the institutional investors to provide clear and concise investment instructions as to the deposit/(s) on account i.e., be invested in the treasury pool of participating financial institutions of Pitcapital™, Segregated Sector Investment Account and/or tCurrency™ Investment Account to enjoy the superior (upside) yield; and,
(d)  Daily Valuation - As required by most regulated fund management entities
